The Midland Beach motel, whose owner was sued last month by 11 residents who claim they were "severely" bitten and sickened by "unabated" bedbug infestation -- has done little to rectify the conditions of his establishment, the city Department of Health and Mental Hygiene determined after a series of inspections.
